TWD: Banana coconut ice cream pie

Ice cream.

School is out.

Crabs in Baltimore.

While summer may not officially arrive for another half-month or so, it is now officially summer in my heart.  This pie, taken to a crab cook-off makes it official.

Although, word of warning: just estimating the amount of rum to add to the ice cream mixture *may* result in the addition of too much and a lack of complete setting.  It’s okay–still tasty!

    Crabs and rum sounds like a great combo to me. Cake is lovely. Would love me some of those crabs!!!
